Shop Small Online: Boutiques and Stores I Have Been Loving Lately
I love vintage because it's so eco friendly and you can find really gorgeous one of a kind pieces. Windy Peak Vintage is based out of Montana and their online store is a perfectly curated assortment of apparel, home, and lifestyle pieces. I've ordered both vintage (button down and jeans) and non-vintage (basic white tee and blouse) and everything has been beautiful quality.
I think I found Odd Bird through instagram and fell in love with their Turkish textiles. I have the Ottoman blanket, two towels, a robe, and lounge top and everything feels so good and high quality. Splurging on home textiles has been really important to me this past year when I was home non-stop and there's something about my Odd Bird robe that feels so much better than the cheap terry one I was using before.
My Christy Dawn dresses and shirts have been my summer staples. They are a slow fashion brand that has recently started growing their own cotton in India for their clothing to close the loop. It's a very cottagecore/little house on the prairie aesthetic, but I love their more boho dresses and everything is super high quality.
Eco-friendly sustainable brand that uses deadstock fabrics to make women's apparel. I have three dresses and two rings from Cloud Hunter and I love them so much. If you're looking for a gorgeous slip dress for a party or wedding I would highly recommend looking here first.
I've made it a priority to support small businesses in my town this past year, and I've tried to extend it to some smaller online shops as well. Let me know what your favorite small online stores and boutiques are in the comments below!
