A Review of Moon Juice Ting and Magnesi-om

I have been a big fan of Moon Juice for years (see a previous post I did on my top 5 Moon Juice products here). Recently I have been feeling a little "bleh" and wanted to try some new to me supplements. Both Ting and Magnesi-om are what Moon Juice refers to as cellular waters, which essentially mean that you mix them into water before ingesting them. Here are my thoughts:

Ting - For Energy

I am not great about taking a multivitamin every day and B vitamins are something that I've always struggled with. Ting is a powder that you mix a half teaspoon of with a glass of water. It tastes like mango and is sweet and refreshing. The B-complex includes vitamins B1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 9, and 12 and it also contains Ginseng. It might be placebo effect, but I do notice a difference when I use this product. It gives me a nice boost of energy without the crash and I haven't felt the need to grab a caffeinated beverage in the afternoon since taking it. This isn't a product I feel the need to take daily, I usually take it on average every second or third day when I feel like I need a little boost and the jar will last me a couple months this way.

Magnesi-om - For Relaxation

Wow this product is amazing! Like Ting, you mix it with water, but you do a full teaspoon instead of a half. It tastes like a mixed berry drink and is a less intense flavor than Ting. This product contains three types of Magnesium - Magnesium citrate, gluconate, and acetyl taurinate along with L-theanine. The website attributes each type of magnesium to a different function: bowel movements, muscle relaxation, and cognitive health. After taking this, I usually feel more calm and sleepy within an hour. I have noticed that I've become more regular since taking this and my Oura ring suggests that it helps me get more deep sleep. Once again, this isn't an every night product for me. I usually take it a couple times a week, sometimes I'll only do a half serving if I don't want the full effect. I will note that I've taken Magnesium oxide in the past and haven't had the same results so I definitely think there is something about the formulation of this that really works for my body.

I think I will continue to repurchase both products and both of these are now my two favorite ingestibles that Moon Juice makes. Let me know if you've tried either of these products and what your thoughts are.
