Love Wellness Supplement Review: Sparkle Fiber, Bye Bye Bloat, Probiotics and more!

It's taken me a while to fully hop aboard the supplement train, but I have seen the light and I'm here to share my thoughts on one of the trendier supplement brands Love Wellness. This brand is female founded (by Lo Bosworth of the Hills) and is geared towards women. I've tried a few products, some I love, some I could live without, and thought I would share my thoughts with you today.

Bye Bye Bloat

To preface, I don't have a problem with excessive bloating and I don't think that bloating after eating a meal is a bad thing. In fact I think that it's normal and healthy. That being said these pills are supposed to aid digestion of carbs, fats, and protein and reduce water retention. The suggested dosage is one to two pills daily, however I've taken it on an as needed basis after a particularly heavy meal and found that it works well. These pills have an extremely herbal taste that lingers no matter how fast you swallow the pill. I do like how I feel after taking these pills and I feel lighter the morning after taking them, but it could all be placebo. This isn't a "must buy" for me, but if you're someone that deals with excessive bloating or indigestion this might work better for you.

Good Girl Probiotics & Gut Feelings Probiotics

Good Girl was my introduction to Love Wellness. I felt like I needed a probiotic and this seemed like a trustworthy brand and I'm a sucker for cute packaging. The suggested dosage is two pills a day, but I only take one a day to make the bottle last longer (supplements aren't cheap!). These probiotics are supposed to support a healthy vaginal flora although in my opinion if it supports bacteria in one place, it's probably supporting bacteria throughout your entire body. When the Gut Feelings probiotic came out, I decided to try that for a couple months instead to see if I liked it better. Gut Feelings is supposed to support digestion and the suggested dosage is one pill a day, which is what I took. To be honest, I feel like my digestion is much better with a probiotic in my routine, but I didn't notice a significant difference when I took Good Girl vs Gut Feelings. I have repurchased Good Girl and will continue to!

Sparkle Fiber

I had a couple rough months where my digestion was really messed up due to physical injury and a lot of stress. During that time, I thought that adding fiber might help make me more regular. Sparkle Fiber is different than other fibers because it also contains digestive enzymes. They suggest working your way up to three pills a day, but in my routine I take at least one (sometimes two) fiber pills a day. I really like sparkle fiber. It has made me more regular and it is a really easy to take the fiber in a small capsule instead of the ones you mix with water. I have repurchased this and can see myself continuing to do so in the future.

Perfect Condition Vitamin

This is a vitamin that supports healthy vaginal flora and contains your daily dose of folate. I have a bottle of this, but I haven't been consistent about taking it. It calls itself a vitamin, but doesn't actually contain a wide range of vitamins (they do have the Daily Love one, which might be better) and because of that, I usually choose a generic women's multivitamin over this one. No thoughts on this yet, except that I don't know how I feel about the brand focusing so much on vaginal health when I think vitamins should promote a healthy system and work synergistically throughout the whole body.

Final thoughts: supplements are incredibly personal and I'm not suggesting that you should take these or that you should even incorporate supplements into your routine at all if you feel great without them. Love Wellness is not the cheapest brand with a bottle running anywhere between $15-20. I've found that I can best stretch my dollar by taking one pill per day even if the suggested serving size is 2-3 pills and I've gotten a few months out of Good Girl and Bye Bye Bloat that way. My personal favorites are the fiber and either one of the probiotics and those are the two that I can see myself using for a long time. Let me know in the comments if you've tried Love Wellness supplements and which ones you love or hate!
