Winter Candles

Working from home has made me even more of a candle person that I already was. Nothing is better than having a warm, comforting scent in your home. I've been a loyal bath and body works candle person for years, and I still love them! But this year I've also been branching out to DW Home and Antique Candle Co and wanted to share some scent options.

Bath and Body Works

Spiced Apple Toddy: My all-time favorite bath and body works candle. If you're familiar with the Leaves scent, it's similar but with more apple. It smells like cider and warming spices, but isn't too sweet and overpowering.

Flannel: It smells like a men's cologne in the best way. It is woodsy and deep with a little apple in there.

Marshmallow Fireside: Smells exactly like the name! It is sweet like toasted marshmallows, but also has depth from the woodsy fire scent.

DW Home

Pumpkin Spice: The best pumpkin candle that I've had! It is warm and sweet, but doesn't have that overwhelming "baked goods" scent that can overwhelm a home.

Antique Candle Co

Fall and Christmas Bundle: This is the best of all worlds. It is a collection of eight candles in scents ranging from baked goods (gingerbread!) to a Christmas tree scent (tree farm). Antique Candle Co is a small business with beautiful minimalistic labels on jars that you'll want to repurpose. The best value by far is their bundles (use code: SHOPSMALL25 for 25% off) and if they send you a candle that you don't love, you can gift it for Christmas!

Let me know your favorite small businesses to buy candles from in the comments below and your favorite scents of the moment! I've been in a more fall candle mood lately with a lot of cider scents.
